Jonathan Crane was lying in his cell staring up at the ceiling. It was late but more importantly it was Halloween. And he was stuck in Arkham. He should be out terrorizing the masses; teaching the fools a lesson in fear, but no. He was trapped in a cage like an animal. Typical. And pathetic. The wind howled and the moon glowed through the window but as much as he wanted to, he couldn't join them. He would have no fun on that night.
The sound of footsteps pulled him from his self-pity and made him listen. The footfalls were wrong for a guard and there was only one person. He waited and listened, unsure of what to do. He heard the footsteps stop at the cell next to him as well as what sounded like the *ping* of a coin being tossed. There was a pause and Jonathan held his breath, waiting for something, for anything, to happen. After what seemed like forever, he heard the cell next to him get opened. He sat up, turning to the wall.
"Ivy?" He hissed, hoping she'd answer. She hadn't t
